GAITS consultations span different areas that focus on boosting client business and performance. GAITS built its expertise in IT governance and strategies, business process engineering and re-engineering, e-management implementation, PMO, and e-learning.
E-Learning
E-learning is a form that utilizes a network for delivery and interaction using corporate LAN or WAN. E-learning provides a platform for delivering both innovative and transformational learning experiences. In the eLearning field, the founders of GAITS have a significant role in developing the e-learning strategy at the Ministry of Education, Kuwait. In addition, we develop all the significant RFPs for the e-learning project at MOE.
Business ProcessRe-Engineering
Business Process Management (BPM) and Re-engineering (BPR) aim to increase efficiency and productivity. GAITS consultation in these fields concentrates mainly on achieving this target. BPR involves:

IT Strategies, Governance and e-Management
GAITS' experience in IT Governance focuses on aligning IT strategies with clients' business strategies. The target is to develop a controlled and dynamic framework to manage IT performance, deliverables, and information risk efficiently. In IT governance, GAITS concentrates on customizing efficient IT governance frameworks based on international IT frameworks and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO, not IT-related frameworks such as BSC. The team GAITS is also an expert in developing IT strategies and implementing e-management.
Program Management Office (PMO)
Establishing a PMO helps achieve projects’ goals in addition to better project control, monitoring, and reporting. In this field, GAITS provides professional consultation on PMO establishment and training to top management or department heads who lead projects and need efficient control and consolidation of multiple projects.
